Sound Space

Nada Brahma – The world is sonorous

How Systemic Sound Counseling Emerged from the Depth of Sound Space

The idea for Systemic Sound Counseling came up in May 2017, when I was deeply touched by the sounds of violins. This experience was preceded by BodySoundDance experiences, 5 Rhythm Dance, and experiences with Neurosystemic Counseling, in the context of my Master's degree in Systemic Counseling.

Convinced of body-centred methods in counselling, I wanted to explore the mode of action of sounds in the counselling setting. This resulted in a comprehensive literature work with an empirical part that focused on exploring sounds. You can find the work here:

Systemische Klangberatung

What is animated and moved?

In this method, it is all about sensitive multidimensional perception through our sensory organs; the overall consciousness (cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual consciousness) is to be stimulated. The work with the sounds takes place in silence. Where desired, systemic methods for heart and mind are offered; the focus is clearly on sound work, which can take us into different states of consciousness, provided we are ready to resonate with it. The paper "What is Systemic Soundwork" gives detailed information about my way of working.

For Whom?

Systemic sound work is suitable for all those who want to penetrate the deeper layers of consciousness and explore their unknown spaces of possibility.
